Depends on what do you mean by "came up with the campaign". If you pitched the concept, you could show your pitching/conceptual work (assuming there's design concepts, etc), then the final to show how it was executed. Just be very clear stating what you actually did and what you didn't do.

If the campaign you developed is a bunch of other things like OOH or activations yes. If it’s just a tagline on the tv I didn’t make I don’t.

Id say compare to the rest of your book is the line better than the rest of your body of work, you absolutely should.

Otherwise add it to a copy/concept part. Or don't bother.
