How does it feel to earn less than US Consultants while also struggling for utilization

Given all the recent buzz about expected large raises around the big 4, I’d like to level set on the average salary for a 4th/5th year female senior manager in federal tax ( credits & methods group) in the Midwest - Chicago/Minneapolis/Detroit market. Anyone willing to share a range if they work in a similar area of tax / similar level? I recognize all groups vary greatly in salary expectations, so looking for input specific to my area. Current expectations set at 140-160k. Reasonable?

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. Hi, what’s the premium processing cost for I-140? I have more than 2 years left on my H1 so PwC is not filing for my premium processing but said I could pay for it out of pocket. Everywhere online I see the cost of premium processing as 2500$ however PwC asked me to pay for 3500$. Could this include any additional charge? Does anybody have any insights? Thanks
