Hi - How do I find out the level of a role? There was no mention of base/max salary in the JD for a role I am being recruited for. I already gave them a range but I feel like I can get more.

I recently received feedback from my onsite interview, suggesting that I might be a better fit for a position one level below. However, the team I interviewed with currently doesn't have any openings at that level.
