Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. I have not got a response from her yet on the mails, should I contact the hiring partner directly? other firm is asking me to update as well.

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? For FAR, what do most people think is a realistic number of modules to get through per day/week while working full time. For me, the hour lectures generally take up to 2-3 weekdays to get through lecture, MCQ, Skills, and Sims. By the time the weekend comes, I’m exhausted and need a break, but this seems too slow.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.
