What's your favorite thing about your current job? Mine is definitely still being able to work from home. It gives me so much more freedom.

Too many people fall into the pitfall of getting burnt out by an endless checklist of tasks. Unnecessary meetings, instant Teams responses, firefighting other people's emergencies.

What are your long-term career goals? It's been a while since I've considered what I would like to do in 5-10 years.

Is there a specific benefit that you really wished your company offered but doesn’t? For me it’s a HDHP health plan with an HSA. We don’t have any hdhp options.

How is your companies health insurance? I feel like ours is getting worse. With the new year I got a new value plan and it’s not as good as last years.

What is your company's PTO carryover policy? At my company, we can carryover 5 days but have to use it by the end of March. I wish we had an option to have it paid out instead.
