I see it in the news and on my social media feeds, but it hasn't been an issue in the workplace at all. No one seems interested in discussing politics at work, which is a-okay with me.
I really haven't had any problems with political discourse in the workplace. Most political discussions these days aren't really politics in the traditional sense, it's just dumb taunting and dunking, and it's usually based on disinformation pushed out on social media. For whatever reason, people seem to think better than to drag that nonsense into work.
I have not seen it as a real issue in my workplace, but I have also made it abundantly clear to everyone I work with that I am not going to participate in or be witness to such discussions. I have no problem removing myself from a discussion or (in some cases) shutting down a discussion entirely.
I personally haven't seen any craziness at work but with that said I live in SC and Democrats are usually in the vast minority here so they just accept it and most Republicans also accept the Dems and leave it be.
I think the issues will come from areas that have fairly even dived
