Anyone working in Progressive as a CAT field rep? What are your thoughts on this role? Pros, cons, tips?

Hi! Looking to see what the average salary range is for a Workman’s Comp Adjuster with one year of current experience, in the northeastern NJ area. I feel as though I’ve brought value to the company, eagerly take on side projects and additional work if requested, but also feel underpaid.

I just cleared my AWS Cloud Practitioner exam and am curious whether I should pursue Solutions Architect Associate and/or Developer Associate certificate next. My plan is to get about 7 certificates in the areas that interest me, even though they are not needed for my role. Have you gotten both? Any recommendation to which to pursue first?

Hunter AEs, do you guys get to keep the new logos that you close for a certain period of time to capture upsells? Or are you forced to hand off to a farmer team? If so when does the handoff occur?

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married. They already live together in an apartment but both want to move to a house to build equity and have a yard, not share walls, etc. Should one partner buy the house and the other pays rent until they get married, or should they get a mortgage together without being married? What would you do if you didn’t need money? I have a fair amount coming one day and don’t actually need to work to live a good life (middle / upper-middle class). I work because of this vague notion of “ambition” and because everyone I grew up around is highly competitive and hard driving. I just feel unhappy so often and am wondering what this is all leading to. Scared I’m wasting my life being unhappy / in turmoil cause it’s what my culture wants me to do.
