Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Nothing to worry about. If you are doing satisfactory job without any escalations, probation period can be approved even sooner like in 3 months - all depends on your tagged people lead.
It all depends on your project. It could be 7hrs on some days and 11hrs on other days based on your deliverables timeline, work load and client expectations. Nothing fixed.

You should take care of a few things and you are good. Get a project asap, don't rush ofcourse but don't wait for 2 months to get a suitable project. When you get a project work hard and deliver things on time, be proactive, if you do that you will get your job confirmation in like 3 months. And to be honest it's not a big deal. Just be compliant perform normally, hojata hai. I think sabko hi 3 mahine tak miljata hai confirmation. I had got it within 3 months so I was happy like I must be great, but then I came to know ek junior hai usko bhi mila hai but she was average. So sabko mil jata hai. Stay compliant in all policies and keep delivering. That's it

I have Accenture offer as of now and i am notice period , but my process is going on in some other good companies also.
So i am thinking i will join Accenture and leave within month or something if i get good offer somewhere else because other companies might take more time like SAP and etc.
So initially if i leave within month or second month how much notice period i will have ??
