Need investment advice. NW of 600k, 31 and single, save about 5k a month. Recently moved to US 2 years ago. Have about $100k to invest. Breakdown of NW: 100k cash, 450k in 2 RE properties in Toronto, 50k in tax saving accounts (401k, HSA). Max out HSA and max company match for 401k. I’ve had really good success in RE, so it’s my comfort zone. I feel like I should be diversifying, but I’ve been spoiled by 20%+ yoy gains. Thoughts?

If you have Wealthfront and Personal Capital, why do you one over the other to track net worth? PC seems to have the same exact qualities that WF does but does much less than it.
