Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Should I ask for more base or signing bonus? Or is this pretty fair? Very inexperienced in salary negotiations.

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

Interviewing at Microsoft for a Senior Program Manager role. The recruiter said PMs at Microsoft are technical and some of the interviews will focus on technical questions/design problems. I haven’t faced any technical or design rounds earlier (in my prior industry interviews) - how should I best prepare for it? Any advice who interviewed in similar roles or are at the role at MS? I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

Which one would you opt considering that Mphasis is a bigger company(terms of employee count) than either Optimum Info System or Shell ?.

I am product designer with a fair amount of experience (6yrs).

Recently was interviewed for a Sr. role in Booking but unfortunately the team finds me better suited as a core individual contributor.

I am also in the advanced stages of some lead designer positions in other companies.

However I am really interested in joining the team at Booking, especially because of the design culture.

What should be my reasons to accept or not accept the offer from booking?

Hey! I'm just about to start doing some freelance work for a NYC based boutique design studio, and I need to give a hiring manager my hourly rate to give his customers. I am new to UI/UX design. I have experience in graphic design, but I just completed a certificate in UI/UX design so other than school projects I don't have an extensive amount of experience.
