The same has been happening to me , i wanted to work in brand marketing , product management profiles but somehow after placement at MBA i am working in Sales profile .
I need suggestions how can i switch and work towards my goals.

My company got bought out but kept most of the sales team on. Everything was pretty much the same for the first few months, but recently I've been seeing a shift in my responsibilities-doing customer service tasks and lots of little extras. First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.

Hi All,
In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Also, according to this behaviour of the HR, is it good behaviour?
