I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? Reading the independence brochure, looks like it does not specify something related to this scenario but just wanted to confirm . TIA!

Saw that Cassandra would be good for it, but not sure what the GCP equivalent is? But also I'm a bit confused on if Cassandra is just a DB and storage would need to be elsewhere? All help is welcome!
