I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

Looking for experiences/opinions on A/C options for old houses. E.g., high velocity ducts vs ductless mini splits. Seems like mini splits are way easier and possibly more effective...but seems like an eye sore. Or... is it just what a contractor thinks will work given your house? Curious what everyone thinks!

Considering switching careers:

I got hired straight out from college 5 years ago from a small CPA firm and have worked in Tax ever since. Lately, I feel like this is not what I'm actually into. What else I can do with my Accounting degree?

My passion is Real Estate and Interior Design, love Managerial Accounting, I can sit for hours analyzing data, I also have a degree in Supply Chain Management.

My passion cannot feed my family but I've been burned out so much after years in Tax. 😞

Is the use of "kind of and "sort of overused public speaking? I have been working with colleagues who use this terminology all of the time and it's rubbing off on me. Precision is lost.

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. I closed on a new build a few weeks ago and now the same home is available for much less with the builder offering all appliances, additional credits, and buy down of the rate. Is there anything I can do to get now? It seems unfair that I paid more and didn't get the incentives.
