Do you think campuses will open up this summer for on campus tours?

I started a new job a couple months ago and am not happy. As I’m trying to get clear about what I want I’ve realized my happiest place is brand positioning / voice definition work. Is that still a thing primarily handled by big, coastal agencies? Any tips on how to find brand-centric roles like that?

My practice got super busy after the pandemic. I have had a waitlist and been incredibly busy. It’s been stressful, but I have been grateful for business & to be helping people through a crazy time. Im looking at a potential opportunity for international mobility to Ireland with Org. B. Expecting the interview this week.
I'm confused as to if I should continue with Org. A as it's the company I've always wanted to be a part of. Also personally have always wanted international opportunity.

Feel like I've been going full bore for the past decade and literally have no problem continuing the trend. Like I could just keep marking milestones and grinding or whatever until I die.

Let’s discuss “acting managers” that never get promoted because they can’t pass their CPA. Do you think at a certain point they should be pushed out?

My manager feeds me 100 chole bhature & then my tummy hurts so I ask her to give me a leave but then she declines my request and feeds me 1 more plate of chole bhature then I die because of excess gas formation inside my stomach, then I poop & become alive once again then my boss notices that im alive again and feeds me 109 plates of kadi chawal and this goes on and on and on and on

So my peers in my team earn double what I earn and work significantly less, get promoted over me and have bonuses. Also get to make decisions over my goals and such. I have a new leadership now but how do I escape this?

Is it a good idea to invest in your UK pension fund over the max your employer will contribute/match? This may potentially lower income tax but then one can't really access the pension pot till retirement.
