Caught in a rut as I am not loving my job. How to get out and start prepping? What should I focus on? Any help is appreciated.

Really need an accountability partner for a few things below:
1. Wake up at 5:30
2. Exercise everyday for at least a half hour
3. Eat more home-made balanced & nutritious meals & less takeout
4. Lose 8lbs
5. Meditate or journal every day

Current weight - 121lbs.
Desired weight - 112(like always)
Mood - tired & grumpy during the day cos of no sleep, bad sleep, bad food choices
Focus & productivity - absolutely failing cos of the above
