Base/bonus are about the same. SAP has RSUs but not with the offer. Snowflake has RSU as part of the offer (not sure how much yet though). Both within a growing team with great potential, visibility, and impact.

SAP would be more sales support & client interactions more mplementation & sales engineering.
Snowflake would he dealing with tickets. Quarterly reviews with "quotas" and metrics. Weekend/holiday rotation as well.

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
I'm also having offer for 30+ lpa in India.

Burned out in current role. 10-plus years post-MBA experience in Corp Fin role unable to move up to Director due to lack of "scope" - limited to no opps. Currently, work 40-50 hours week (minimal to no weekends) and earn ~250 TC. Work day is "intense" - many quick turnaround projects from task to task.
