Company A - 1000 employees, 160k base, 7-12k eoy bonus, better work-life balance since they have unlimited pto and people actually take more than 30 days, title is manager- solution architect, product is SAP Company B - 200 employees, 160k base, bonus is % of subordinates (6-7 team) billings which comes out to an avg of 3-4k a month, 3 weeks pto, title is delivery manager, product is Oracle, prob longer hrs
