Hi Fishes,
Anyone here at Luxoft with permanent remote ? I got an offer. Will they ask to come to office at any point ? What about job security at Luxoft ? HR mentioned 8 hours per day and no need to enter timesheet, time will be auto captured. That means like we can't be away from the system at all ? Please help.
Thanks

Ugh idk I would take a job w only 3 weeks (15 days) PTO. I expect 20 min. I would negotiate for that if you choose the second job. Just my two cents
If it's a company that actually means unlimited and sets a minimum, AND there's a positive culture then go for it.
I was skeptical at first, but my boss is aggressive about having us take ateast 15 days and told us to target 20-25. I can't see unlimited PTO working out without this culture.
Company B is growing 150-200% every yr so more of a chance Ill get promoted quicker.
Tbh totally depends on what you want at this point in time. Is it career growth or wlb that means the most for you and decide accordingly :)
I guess this comes down to work life balance vs progression (and company growth). What’s most important to you at this point? If you’re single might consider Company B. If you’re not and have additional family obligations (kids, aging parents, etc), I would defer to Company A.
No kids, single. I would like to retire earlier than most.

Sounds like it comes down to wlb. Which do you value more and where are you in life in terms of family, community involvement, outside work interests, etc...
