Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

The recruiter said he will now have

He interviewed for a M role in

While at Deloitte I worked a lot with a USDC. Some of my coworkers moved to that model. If there is more of a sweatshop mentality within D, I don't know what it would be.
There is less flexibility on pay bands there. A lot more work as the margins are less. The only way I would recommend moving a USDC is if you got a huge pay bump. For a lateral move and losing PTO, I wouldn't do it all. Maybe 4k is material to you, for me it isn't, especially since I know how bad WLB is there.
As for more money or don't move. I don't see any benefit at all otherwise.
USDC and core Consulting are poles apart.
