Really need an accountability partner for a few things below:
1. Wake up at 5:30
2. Exercise everyday for at least a half hour
3. Eat more home-made balanced & nutritious meals & less takeout
4. Lose 8lbs
5. Meditate or journal every day

Current weight - 121lbs.
Desired weight - 112(like always)
Mood - tired & grumpy during the day cos of no sleep, bad sleep, bad food choices
Focus & productivity - absolutely failing cos of the above

Getting disability rated…I retire next year and seeing the doc for all my issues. They’re listed in Genesis under my active issues. Does that automatically count for when I retire or do I need to get appointments addressing these issues again after meeting with the VA?

I’ve slowly started drinking less and less. And the less I’m drinking the more I realize just how much of my time revolved around alcohol. From going to get it, to drinking it to fighting hangovers. Now I realize I need something to fill all that time with. Especially now that I’m not spending all day saturday and sunday deathly hungover. I go for walks and run errands…but in a shock to me…there’s still a lot of time left. How did you start spending your time once you stopped drinking?
