I worked in PwC for 1.5 years and the moved to Oracle on last July with 50% hike(CCTC is 14.5LPA). I was hired for Application Developer 2 but often I’m getting QA work and I don’t like this job. So looking for a change.

Hi everyone. I was a solution engineer at Oracle. I graduated from college in May and this was my first job out of college so the lay offs were pretty rough. What is a good interview answer for leaving a job after a few months when the real reason is that you’re sleeping with one eye open in hopes of not being on the chopping block after two rounds of massive layoffs? Company culture is at an all-time low, and it will only go down from here from what I’ve seen in the short months I’ve been there.
