A campaign my partner and I thought of went into testing, but died in the process. Same idea, concept, name and execution used on another client/ campaign just a month after, that we weren’t on. Few people from the old team were on this new campaign. We’re disappointed about it and wondering if this is a common thing that happens?

How do you folks describe your deals in resume/ interviews/ LinkedIn while stopping short of naming client/target? If you describe the acquirer and target, it’s pretty easily traced to the exact deal.

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.
