Anyway Variable pay they are not giving. Earlier they given 25% of it. So technically not much difference.

Headcount is now reduced to 18k India and USA must be 4-5 K max I don't know..
Europe must be 9K max.. Atos employees about 11k Max reducing constantly..
So total our employees strength is around 45-50 K max..

It is 25% of variable pay is based on company performance & rest 75% is based on rating you get. It's not 25% of CTC
That’s the variable pay payout criteria till GCM 5.
This is about GCM 6 and above and how the actual amount is calculated.
