Director is supportive & got my 5-day probation leave approved from HQ as I am joining 1 month early and asked for the leaves from day 1 of interview.
Is it a resume downgrade to accept a generic title after being a 'Senior'?
Should I request a title update before joining on 11th May, or will it look ungrateful? Need advice on Swiss firm hierarchies.

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
