Hi! I am seeking for an advise, anything helps! I applied to Accenture’s entry level analyst program. I applied a few days ago (I know it’s a bit late, but the application is still open thankfully). Yesterday, I joined a resume workshop w/ an Accenture recruiter. She went through my resume and said that I have a strong one! I’ve also set up a coffee chat w/ her next week. Unfortunately, I got an email today from the system, they decided not to move forward :( Should I reach out to her abt this?

Currently work in a very unique Wealth Management ops role.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Average base pay for BDR/SDR in Tech silicon valley/bay area?

Got an offer from OW entry level London.

Does it make sense to join if I don't really have much passion for FS?

Other offers are EY-P, Marakon, LEK, OC&C

Now the company wants me to work on Power BI and convert all dashboards into it. I want to make my career in Tableau and I don't want to work on Power BI as I find it hard as compared to Tableau also less interesting. After HR interview, I agreed on 10L fixed pay for a Sr Analyst role. But they increased upto 11.8 in offerletter. With variable pay, it amounts to 136% hike. Does this happen usually??? YOE: 3.9
