Don't know about wfh but for wlb and js Accenture is far better.

In DI you have to work at least 10-11 hrs everyday in project and since you will be joining as SCon, firm contribution of 135 hrs is mandatory. This is like working on other POC/L&D/Backend support to any manager on top of your project work. Now decide

In short there is no WLB in D!

P.S - I myself working as a SAP Fullstack developer for 4th year in D! Why working?! -> Only for money, it's in prio right now rather than wlb for me.

Hello Fishes, I'm planning to join Deloitte india in the second week of November, I have got a designation of "Manager". I'm from a technical background (SF DevOps).

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify
