I’m an analyst at a healthcare consulting firm for less than a year out of undergrad. On the ERP side. I would like to transition to (Deloitte/acn..) tech consulting. But is it even possible to go in as a second yr (with connections?)
Or is the switch limited through a masters/mba?
I’m curious if anyone has taken this route from a boutique. Thank you!!!
You can come in as an Experienced hire Analyst! They’re typically looking for 1-2 years of consulting exp.
Im crying for this ...
It's absolutely possible to come in with a year of experience. Just be ready for that year of experience not to be recognized, as you'll most likely start as a first year analyst.
Thank you Accenture 1! I know about both programs but was unsure as to how a candidate a year out would be placed/interviewed for them. And I will try!
