I’ve heard it’s difficult to get into Private Equity after earning an MBA, is this true? If I work as an MBB consultant for a few years on primarily PE casework after getting an MBA, what would my exit opportunities look like if PE is not an option? Would all my work with PE cases just be wasted?

Fellow P&T Directors - here’s a thread for us to discuss what we are hearing/not hearing with regards to PCLDE and the making of new partners in P&T.

On every call, we hear Joe talk about making new Partners and his commitment. I have yet to see any of those ‘commitments’ be reflected in actions or explanations. (eg. No senior directors from commercial GTM going into PCLDE this year …) What?

Hi all, Currently holding an offer of 14 lpa from Neudesic and have my 2nd round of interview from Bitwise tomorrow. Before the first round at Bitwise HR mentioned that they can give 16 lpa fixed. My joining date at Neudesic is tomorrow. Should I extend my joining? Is bitwise worth extending ? I'm applying for Azure Data Engineer role.
