Hey Folks. I hope I am posting in the right space about this. Anyone knows the updated(2022) compensation range for QA Automation Engineers with 2 years experience?
A general range at Glassdoor has an average base pay at 110K/year shorturl.at/dhuIZ and I am looking for more sources. Cheers

Better base during first few years, so someone can actually survive while developing, commission to supplement. Straight salary doesn’t reward and in sales, too limiting as opportunities for growth and advancement are very limited.
What a great response! A decent base pay is important, especially when building a client list. As it builds, the commissions become a great incentive!
I think I’d be motivated with a decent base pay and the opportunity to make fair commission. Also, yes, p is an important part of my compensation plan.
I agree that a good base salary helps and the opportunity for bonuses is even better.
Depends on so many factors. Demographics of your employees changes things. Older employees usually prefer better retirement packages and benefits including more PTO. A younger generation may want higher base or higher percentage commission. Older crowds usually prefer stability so less commission and more base. All the studies I have read in college it's more about competitive pay versus competitors and then having a culture that's suits the employees.
