Anyone have any insight on how/if NH SB 249 would affect a single family home in a Condo Association. My read is that SB 249 applies to municipalities and HOA is not a municipality. Have a client who owns a single family residence in an HOA and wants to Airbnb but HOA rule requires min 6 month rental. I’m thinking law wouldn’t apply to HOA.
