1. Simplified the structure of compensation, previous structure was bit confusing...

2. Gratuity is not under CTC now .so add 1% extra with your compensation which is not include...

3. Increment amount is very low C---.50% B--- 2.5% A --5-6%

4. Why all are disappointed? -- because 60% TCS employers are getting below 6LPA... so if you are getting 5 to 6 % highest increment ..it will effect only 30k to 40k in CTC ... but if you are getting 15LPA to 20LPA 5% is good

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Whenever I contact the person who took my interview he keep saying its in process please wait. Is it normal procedure in TCS? How long usually takes.

Current designation is System Engineer and role tagged on Ultimatix is Developer.

Assigned to a project as BA (orally, on paper it's just Team Member). Raised a re-fitment request to HR.

Please throw some light on the re-fitment process and what I can expect depending on my qualification.

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.
