I would not recommend joining the Workday Testing team based on my personal experience. There is no proper knowledge-transfer (KT) plan in place, and the work environment is quite stressful. The Testing Head, Anupreet Singh Bachhal, informs the team that weekend work is mandatory, and the workload feels similar to a sales-style target system where we are expected to execute 12 test cases daily. If the target is not met, it is escalated the next day.
Many vendor employees have also expressed concerns about the situation. We were told that if someone is not willing to work on weekends, the management is flexible to hire others who can. In my view, joining this team under this manager may not be a positive experience, and it reflects poorly on the organization’s image.
Your work life become hell if you join the Workday testing team and report to Jayesh Jain. His behavior has made the work environment extremely stressful and unprofessional.
