Is this normal? We do our creative in house. We have a newish CMO. She briefed us on a new brand campaign and gave us a two week window to concept so she could put the work into testing. I just found out she also secretly briefed a bunch of external agencies on the same brief, but she gave them way more time. She didn’t want us to know about it but people here found out through friends at the agencies. I’m not from the agency world. Is this a normal way to treat your team? It feels shitty.

I emailed Responsible recruiter last Friday but the feedback was not available at that time. Today I decided to follow up again regarding interview result and she told me that she has received feedback and wanted to call me tomorrow. Does it mean that she will give reason for rejection? 1) What is the French consulting scene like? Accenture, KPMG, PWC and Deloitte all recruit directly from my school, as well as a few boutique french firms.
2) Are MBA Summer consulting internships a good idea, or should I do a school consulting project and apply as a FT hire?
3) Generally what do "Consulting Clubs" consist of?
4) Any other firms have a large presence in France?
