Accenture offer vs. Deloitte retention—need advice!
Got an Accenture L8 associate manager offer at 29 LPA + 27% variable.
Currently a deputy manager at Deloitte making 23 LPA and likely to be promoted this year.
Deloitte offered me a 26 LPA retention package + verbal promise of promotion to manager from partner.

Thinking of negotiating with Accenture HR for an L7 band and a slightly higher CTC to make the decision easier.
