1.CTC revision can start without withdrawn resignation or it has to withdrawn first and then they can proceed?

2.Any mail confirmation from HR on CTC revision should trust and paper can be withdrawn?

I’m at a small company that’s sort of becoming medium sized, and a new exec pushing to quickly implement NetSuite and I just want to make sure we’re not getting in over our heads, he’s trying to get this done within two months

We currently use Salesforce, quick books, and excel, we’ll be consolidating a lot of accounting and finance stuff into netsuite and integrating it with Salesforce
