Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.

I have joined oracle on monday. They told me the project is in Angular as I was working on Angular latest framework. Today I noticed the code on shared screen. I can not work on older technology. I have not received laptop yet and I called manager about tech stack of project then he told me that yes it is not angular project. What should I do.. should I continue here and collect laptop ?
