I have done my MBA from IIM Indore. Post that I have worked in a sales and business development role for 2 years and now i am working as an assistant manager- new initiatives at an OTT company.

I wanted to know if it is possible for me to find a job opportunity abroad. So far only seeing openings for technical roles.

What’s your method for finding opportunities in the market

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.

Is it bad to be over-utilized? I just did the math and I could charge zero hours this week and take a 3 week vacation after and still be 100% utilized? Is that abnormal?
