I’m looking to apply to LEK soon and haven’t updated my resume since undergrad. I’m struggling on how to fit my ZS experience into just a few bullets and would greatly appreciate some tips. Would any one be willing to DM a resume that they used to lateral to LEK?

...when does the fun start? Currently doing recruiting and school 24/7 and a 2 hour Happy Hour catch-up with a classmate outside in the freezing cold means I will sleep 4 hours tonight instead of 6 hours because of the crushing amount of work to do.

What associations/organizations have you ask use to start your business?

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’m a bit confused about share dilution and if it’s worth it for me to buy some of my stock options… thanks in adv!

I am presently working as a Research Analyst (MBA 1.5 YoE) with EY GDS and I wish to work in HR or Talent function. What should I do to switch into those roles.
