Any ideas/recommendations for non-dinner team events (e.g. group workout class) in Chicago?

Could use some advice (23 yo): currently allocating close to my max in a Post Tax 401k to Target Date Fund, max my Roth IRA every year in Vanguard’s VOO, as well as have ~$6,000 in another VOO fund. I started trading on Robinhood ~5 months where I casually throw $500-$1000 every other month depending on expenses to some of my fav stocks. Should I continue to play stocks like this or do more of a sector wide approach within Robinhood even though I am pretty diverse with VOO?

Recently had some recruiters reach out to me about copywriter roles. I’m still pretty new to the industry, 2 yrs in, but I figured I’ll ask for a bit higher than what I’m used to. Soooo I asked for 70k. Then talked to a couple people who said that was too high for an intermediate. So my question is, should I be asking for less? I don’t want to switch jobs unless I get an adequate bump in my salary, but also don’t wanna reach too high and get passed over for someone else. Thoughts? 😫

What's the most ridiculous news you've seen this year?

I went in-house at year 4 — now at year 5. I feel like my growth has stunted and I’m not learning and growing my skill set. I don’t think I was very seasoned when I went in-house, was just very burnt out from big law. Can I go back to firm life to gain more skills then go back? WLB and everything else is great. Just don’t feel like I’m growing…!
