In my current company my ctc will be revised on January,2023  as i am not completing 365 days before July 1(only missing for a couple of days). What should i do right now? What should be my ctc

Hello everyone! I’m a 20+ year IT with 4 years of Cyber Security. I’m looking at going for a new job, but it’s with the FED. I have heard that they use a different resume format. Does anyone know what that format is? Or might there be anyone that writes resumes for the FED formate?
