Any thoughts on attending job fairs? I've been going to every one that pops up, but nothing has come of them. Are these legit?

I find job fairs to be hit or miss. I sometimes have to help out at them. I think if we have a more technical job or are looking for more entry-level position they could be helpful for you.

I have truthfully never had good luck at job fairs. Don't get me wrong I have met some great people. But nothing that ever leads to any sort of job offer.

A couple of the lease professional job interviews I’ve had were the results of job fairs. I agree with the comment above about them being for entry level roles. If you are blue collar or entry level they can work. If you are management it’s not a good idea.
