😂😂😂 as I plan a DEI panel for my office right now.

Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

I think it looks good. Unfortunately, in this environment everyone ‘looks good’. In this environment you need to really push your network. Applying to jobs through the ATS has a 1-2% success rate. I have two friends at FAANG and Salesforce and for every job they are getting 1000+ applications, hundreds of referrals…and a ton of unicorns applying for each position.
Work your network. Or build one.
Instead of a generic one-page resume, create a customized version for each job you apply to. Use ChatGPT, telling to act as an expert resume writer for your industry, feed it your generic resume, the job description and ask it to make suggestions on how to improve your resume to match the job description, and to ask you for additional input on your experience so that all aspects are covered, applicable skills, etc.
Use ChatGPT as if you had contracted an actual expert, ping pong ideas, etc
Some of the formatting can get it kicked back by the ATS- columns seem to be a big problem and can result in auto rejection.
You need a summary of skills at the top. Don't make hiring managers search for you skills.

The resume isn't bad, but it's a bit stale. It doesn't speak to any particular audience. I can't tell if you have a specialty or a passion in software engineering. You've worked on some projects, but I'm not clear on what, if anything, did you lead or own? What was your scope of influence or were you always told what to do? The companies you've worked for might be impacting your chances too - for example, if you've only worked at Meta or Amazon but are applying to start-ups, it's not the most appealing background
If you're not getting any invites to interview, I'd also wonder about payscale alignment, the companies and roles you're applying to (are they in your wheelhouse or aspirational)?
Split the page into two columns (col 1=one third, col 2=two-thirds). Move skills, education and qualifications into column one. Recruiters are skim reading. If they can’t see it in 3 seconds, they’re on to the next. Consider adding “Tech Stack” or similar to column 1 and list off the software and apps you work with day to day.
Companies want to know if you have worked for a company or on projects like theirs. Did you work in large or small projects? Commercial or government? Healthcare or environmental? Can’t tell from the resume
I think your resume looks good.
