Currently I have 11LPA fixed, but now I got a offer of 20LPA fixed but here the variable is fixed for 10-20% max but at EY GDS it can extend till 40% so is it good to consider the new company or stay in old company for 14 to 15LPA ?

My background is ten years in tech support, and currently Lead Graphic Designer for my department with about four years of graphic design behind that.
