Any tips on interview for associate general counsel haven't seen much regarding legal department

Hey all. I have an interview with an investment bank coming up. I am currently a senior associate at big 4 doing financial due diligence. Can anyone give me interviews tips/what to study? I am very new to the diligence (less than 3 months), so am far from understanding a deal start to finish.

What level should I apply to if I’m a manager at B4? Considering applying

What is typically the policy for putting the deals you have worked on in your resume? I have seen conflicting notes on whether you can include or not (only the deals that are closed and public)

Anyone have experience working for / interviewing with Silver Lake’s value creation team?

How do companies now view candidates from Meta?

What was your answer recently to any HR in any recent interview experience about why are you looking for a switch/ Changing jobs?

I went through all the stages of interviewing with a firm then they chose not to fill the position. They said internal priorities changed. I saw about 5 months later they posted a similar position. Guess who has another interview!

I recently just finished my interview with Accenture and is looking very promising. We have yet discuss salary, I would like to know other people's salary who work in the Industry X so that I'm not getting low-balled. I currently work at HDR inc. making 69K (Salary).

The position is "Analyst - Industry X Development Program" in Detroit, Michigan.

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I don’t want to accept and then have to cancel, but there’s no guarantee the other job will hire me either. 😩

I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself). I’ve been trying to exit consulting for almost a year now. I’ve gotten a couple of interviews but no offers. I’m hopeless at this point 😔

Got an offer for 30% increase in pay from Freddie, haven’t seen much online about the culture there though. Can anyone give me an idea of how it is? Also HR at Freddie was slow and disorganized which put a bad taste in my mouth so I’m a bit wary but the offer was amazing.
