I'm actively looking for Frontend Development roles and my tech stack is Angular. My current CTC is 10 LPA, YOE : 2 and im expecting 40-50% hike. I am able to clear the interviews but companies are not coming forward due to budget issues. Am I expecting too much here ? Can you please list out some companies which can offer my expected CTC ?

Is using the same template to email recruiters and CDs actually that bad? Obviously it’s horrible if you forget to change names and such, but aside from that is it really looked down upon?

Financial Times: KPMG Staff cheated on professional tests; US regulator says (6 December). Where are the Ethics, Risk Management, etc.? These people at places like EY and KPMG go after specific individuals because they’re puppets of their managers and partners to do their dirty work.

What is more important when trying to break in management consulting: the grades or the experience?
