Anyone above L1 level, what hybrid work mode directive you have got? I have a very genuine concern, that the hybrid mode of 2 days / week should be applicable to > L1 people as well as I feel that they are the ones who manage work and can attend the call with more focus at office. People > L1 have salary more + WFH + manage work. All benefits to only senior people 😑. Note that I come to office regularly 2 days / week even before the guidelines were released.
