Anyone have any luck juggling multiple software engineering roles at the same time? I’d like to horizontally scale my work by working many easier, more junior level jobs instead of one very senior, difficult SWE job.

Is there anyone who became an architect without experience as software engineer? I currently work as solutions analyst and my goal is to be a solutions architect. Is it possible without having software engineering experience?

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company.
