I've been there, in addition to trying to take some time off, try to have a "stop" time to have some time for yourself to relax and decompress
I feel this way too. Also just feeling tired and I think it’s just general burnout. I also just started a new job after a little time off, but I wish I could have taken a lot more to just decompress.
