I am embarking on egg freezing soon and I got some unpleasant news today after a scan. I had a scan 2 months ago and my follicle count was slightly low then. What do you estimate to be your personal functional inflation experienced over the last year?

I know the fed says 8.6%, but that number is averaged over many products normal people don’t frequently interact with.

I’d rough estimate something closer to 25% cost of living inflation over the last year for myself.

Hi all, I have about 7 years of professional experience but only one year as a Customer Success Manager. I work on mid market accounts currently. I love my job, but would prefer to support a more robust platform that will allow me to add more value for my customers.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on what compensation you might expect for a CSM transitioning to a new company with one year of experience.
