How do I get signatories to fill in their company name correctly on a DocuSign PowerForm NDA? I’m not allowed to reach out to people in advance and prepare customized NDAs for them, because “everyone is automated” and “that’s too slow and causes too much work for them.” I moved the signatory info to the signature block and made a “Full Legal Name of Entity you Represent” line, but people still screw it up and I’m getting blamed. Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. I got call from Microsoft for Cloud Solution Architect role (Customer Success). Location is Mumbai so bit reluctant to go ahead with interview as city is too costly, But recruiter is saying Compensation would be very good but not disclosing how much hike can I get.

FAANG (or MANGA) companies seem to be the holy grail for lots of people exiting BIG4 or even banking/consulting types looking for finance analyst type roles in industry.

Anecdotally, the pay & culture seems good at those companies, but are there significant cons to "finance analyst" type roles in those orgs which would deter you from working from them? (I.e work hours, progression etc?)

One EY Recruiter told me that the bonuses for senior are between 10 to 20 percent and last years avg was 17%. Can someone confirm? These numbers seems very high for PA.
