The offer is 77k base + 10k signing bonus. From my point of view, this is a strong offer, but not quite what I was aiming for. I no longer tell myself I want to be dead. Meds and therapy have helped. But I also seem to not care if I die or get a terminal illness or disease. Like I won’t put myself in danger but if I get a disease or illness I won’t mind either. Does anyone else feel like that? Maybe that’s one reason I don’t bother to get myself in shape.

I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on?
